Shouldianswer integration

The now long unmaintained Yet Another Call Blocket uses https://www.shouldianswer.net/ as its source and it is a pretty good one. I'm not quite sure how they manage to obtain it though, as they're quite sparce on details on their readme. https://gitlab.com/xynngh/YetAnotherCallBlocker

Anyway, it'd be great if you could add this to your default API or scrapper support.
