Offline support?

Hey! This isn't quite an issue but a question that could lead to an issue. How are the API integrations handled? Does the app calls them when a phonecall is received (online only) or does it downloads and stores a list of unwanted numbers for offline use?

Data service can be unreliable at times, so if it is possible, I think that downloading an offline database is more reliable.
