Not working with Truecaller API

I enabled Truecaller API and set the country to Hong Kong. None of the numbers in Truecaller's database are being blocked.

Maybe the are no many numbers in Hong Kong database

Maybe, but having used the TrueCaller app, there was high success rate of blocking spam callers. I was under the assumption that the Truecaller API would have the same functionality as Truecaller app. Perhaps not.

Actually it should. Please, make a comparison and share with me the numbers which this app doesn't block but Truecaller does.
