I put to block all calls that are not in my contact list, and even the contacts being blocked the call, and it is no use putting on the whitlist that still blocks. Neither the last version nor the penultimate one works.

Yes, I gave all the permission. Even if I put it on the White list, the call is still blocked.
To test the number in the la option, if I put the normal number without the DDD goes. Here in Brazil the number is formed by the DDD (0XX) 9xxxxxxxx.

What format are numbers displayed in on the main screen, and what format are your contacts stored in?

Contacts are stored DDDxxxxxxxxx.
In the SpamBlocker (Call & SMS) app you made the fork it works normally. I'm using it now.
