add SQLite support

This is a question/suggestion from John Rogers. Opening an issue here just to track. This would involve adding a SQLite project and implementing the abstract [base classes](https://github.com/adamfoneil/Dapper.CX/tree/master/Dapper.CX.Base/Abstract).
