rails 3 problem?

Hi,
I have a rails 3 application, I'm using there with your plugin to upload file.
My problem is that the returned javascript in my js.erb file is not executed. 
(When I remove the :multipart => true from my form everything works well).
Do you know if there is a problem with rails 3 that prevents javascript?
