Windows build?

It might be a silly question, but what is your oppinion about a windows build?

Is it already possible or would it require much work?

I have not tried it myself, but I think it should already be possible. At least there is nothing inherently Unix-specific in the code base. Main problem as usual should be dependency management and/or cross builds.

So patches certainly welcome. Do you want to give it a try, e.g. creating a Windows build using GitHub actions and hosting it here? Do you need any additional information?

Right now I sadly don't have the time to look into it.
I also don't have much knowledge about windows builds etc.

But thx for the answer, I might try it in the future.
