Calendar not showing correct work days

Describe the bug
I have added M-F as the work days. The calendar shows the bookable days as Tuesday thru Saturday. Sunday and Monday are grayed out. However, on Saturday since no hours are listed, it isn't bookable.

To Reproduce

1. Start server.
2. Add Monday thru Friday as work days.
3. Go thru the front end UI and see that Sunday/Monday are grayed out. Saturday is not grayed out, and is not bookable.

Expected behavior
Monday - Friday should be bookable.

Did you follow everything as the documentation said when setting up working hours and days off ?
