Fix lang version check at znackuj.anatom.cz #68
Description
While uploading data at http://znackuj.anatom.cz/image/11-varle-vnitrni-stavbasvg to live verison by clicking at "Zveřejnit", language check should be performd on the terms that are on the image. However, the language check is too broad now: it checks veins that are not ment to be included in the live version (those that has been "denied" at http://znackuj.anatom.cz/relations/tree/all/tributary and are thus red).
This prevent us from updating or correcting mistakes in live version.
This affects uploads of all images at znackuj.
I believe this issue started when tributaries of veins went live.
