Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

In the v6 version of the Media component, the closed captions button is not keyboard navigable
A breaking change (framework requirement) was brought in but not marked as such for v6.9.0. This FW requirement cannot currently be met on our environment so I am proposing work to backport a fix into the v6.8.2 level
