[Go] Add extra table metadata #70
Description
Note: This issue was created to track the open pull request apache/arrow-adbc#3469 created by serramatutu. This was done as part of migrating active development of the BigQuery Go driver to adbc-drivers/bigquery.
The Go driver isn't returning all the table metadata it could, see https://pkg.go.dev/cloud.google.com/go/bigquery#TableMetadata for a reference. See apache/arrow-adbc#3469 for the open PR to add support for this.
