Video on-demand not working and VPN feature request #119

Thanks a lot for your hardwork !
I have recently installed Catch-up TV & More with IPTV Manager to get my TV channels integrated to Kodi Live TV application and it works very well to watch live channels.
But, as decribed here: Catch-up-TV-and-More/plugin.video.catchuptvandmore#1607, I am unable to run any video on-demand from IPTV Manager (through Kodi TV app) while it works fine from the Catch-up TV & More application itself. Any idea why this is happening?
Also, Catch-up TV & More latest beta (see: Catch-up-TV-and-More/plugin.video.catchuptvandmore#898) integrates with OpenVPN and from their application their is a way to activate a specific .ovpn configuration when running a TV channel (e.g., French VPN to access TF1, M6, etc). It would be great if we could do the same but from Kodi Live TV application through IPTV Manager, would that be possible ?
