Dynamic Prompts 2.0 released

Dynamic Prompts has undergone a reorganisation - it has been split into two projects:

1. The Auto1111 extension (this project)
2. The underlying prompt generation library

This separation enables dynamic prompting to be incorporated into tools outside of Automatic1111 such as colabs.

I've tried to ensure that the upgrade from version 1.5.17 to 2.0.03 is smooth but it is hard to anticipate every scenario. In case you encounter any problems, please report the issue here.

If you find that 2.0.3 is broken in your setup, you can revert back to 1.5.17. with the following command in the extensions/sd-dynamic-prompts directory: git checkout v1.5.17.
