How can I takle with html-syntax image insertion in .md？

I use Typora as md editor and it support image zoom in markdown by replace markdown image insertion code as html syntax, like this:

above normal markdown-like image is display fine, but the below image just disappear, How can I make this work for both these two syntax? I want to just filter out the html code in content, but dont know how the modify the templates..QaQ
