Including goatcounter into this theme

goatcounter is a web analytics application that tries to avoid storing personal data.

It requires custom javascript to be included to function. In the PaperMod theme this can be achieved by creating layouts/partials/extend_head.html in your own website and put the snippet as suggest by the goat counter website:
