Make menu item open in nex tab (external)

I looked for a solution on the internet and tried every workaround I could possibly find to solve my problem but it didn't work.

How can I make one link from my menu open in a new tab? (external link)

I succeeded in making an external link open in a new tab on the website (posts) but not for the menu.
