Light certificate generation

The transformation service seems to call a dedicated endpoint to trigger the light certificate generation :

Which service implements the generation? I'd be interested in seeing how the DCC generation code was adapted to these light certificates. They seem to be a nice idea in terms of privacy. I probably simply overlooked the repository which contains the service.
