In API-Operation there is

      operationId: GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptors
      x-semanticIds:
        - https://admin-shell.io/aas/API/GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptors/3/1
        - https://admin-shell.io/aas/API/GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptorsByAssetType/3/1

However, https://admin-shell.io/aas/API/GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptorsByAssetType/3/1 seems not to be defined in 3.1

It seems there is also an operation realized like searching for AssetKind

Indeed, we must have missed to add them in ASCIIDOC. Both GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptorsByAssetType and GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptorsByAssetKind are enabled according to the OpenAPI files, but not mentioned in the specification.

I think I remember again why we don't have it: They are realized as input parameters in the broader GetAllAssetAdministrationShellDescriptors operation. There was then no need to explicitly bring in more operation IDs.
I guess the remaining x-semanticId was simply missed. Deleting these lines should make the whole thing consistent again.
