How should it be fixed?

Fix this and all other profile IDs.

Decision from the TF API (12.02.2026):

1. Fix this issue also in the released version 3.1 by providing a bugfix v3.1.2
2. also add the missing .../3/1/... URIs for the well-known IDTA profile names to v3.1
3. execute that change also on V3.2
4. V3.2 shall relax the enum in the specification table to an list
5. V3.2 shall also contain respective URIs for all V3.2 profiles + the ones for V3.1 and V3.0
