Settings page

I'm working on a page with basic UI settings. And I wander, what do you think about it? I wanted to make it more user-friendly, but maybe all those texts are not necessary. Or maybe they could be moved to pop-up tooltips.

The settings are common for all databases, stored in a cookie. But a user must be logged in to access them. The language can be changed on the login page as before. The current configuration options remain unchanged and provide the default values.

I think that's a very good idea. I had always hoped for such a configuration option.
