When can this be used?

When I looked into this a few months ago, I got the impression that the fastf1 data were not usable this way during a session I don't recall the details, but am wondering if that's still the case.

Just an update on this one, looks like most data points are available real time during a session without needing to authenticate with F1TV. Only the track position of each driver to show on track requires an F1TV subscription. Looking into adding Live leaderboard as a new feature
