[Minor issue] Remap suggestion for 耳 component to use design of the JP variant glyphs if possible #540

Description

@CoolMarvel43

While this is a very small design issue, as there is little visual difference between the regular JP/CN glyphs (using the pickup stroke) and the JP variant glyphs (using a slanted horizontal stroke), I can argue that using the slanted horizontal stroke variant for Sans would look better for the CN locale.

However, because it is an unnecessary waste of time to adjust minor details, I will not be asking to redesign every character that is for the CN locale with the 耳 component to follow that of the JP variant glyph’s design.

U+6442 摂 can consider using uni6442uE0101-JP for CN, TW and HK. Serif has already done that.

U+696B 楫 may consider replacing the CN glyph with an unreleased JP glyph (based on uni696BuE0101-JP) for JP and KR as per issue #425, and use uni696BuE0101-JP for CN. Serif has already done that.

U+805F 聟 can use uni805FuE0101-JP for CN, TW and HK. Serif has already done that.

U+8073 聳 can use uni8073uE0101-JP for CN. Serif has already done that.

U+847A 葺 may use uni847AuE0101-JP for CN, and consider replacing the CN glyph with an unreleased JP glyph (based on uni847AuE0101-JP) as per issue #425. There is no JP variant glyph for Serif, so I suggest to consider including uni847AuE0101-JP to replace the CN glyph.

U+8F2F 輯 can use uni8F2FuE0101-JP for CN. Serif has already done that.
