Description
The 火 radicals of U+7229 爩 for TW and HK are inconsistent with the corresponding regional conventions as shown below, in both 火 should have both dots pointing inwards.
Since 爩 is in the Big5 charset (as indicated by their T- and H-source references (T2-7240, HB2-F9C6)), I think this character is in scope for both TW and HK (and indeed HK does have a glyph different from CN accounting for the difference of the bottom left in 鬱.)
So to fix this, I think a modification to the HK glyph and an addition of a new TW glyph are necessary.
