HW is not marked as a monospaced font

Although Source Han Sans HW makes CJK characters twice as wide as Latin ones, which is a common approach for monospaced fonts used for CJK texts (although not strictly “mono”-spaced), it is not marked as a monospaced font. Therefore, some terminals (Windows Terminal as an example) either disable it at all, or warn when using it.

Probably this warning is justified, as most non-CJK characters will still be proportional.

Thanks. I already have a non-CJK monospaced font and Source Han Sans is used as a fallback font here. Source Han Mono has non-CJK characters 0.667 (~2/3) em wide, instead of 1/2, which I personally think is too wide, and may cause problems in terminals.
