RAC: Dropzone attributes on Tab component

Hi, I wonder why `<Tab>` restricts all the attributes except a finite set?

### 🤔 Expected Behavior?

<AriaTab data-dropzone {...}/> works, and all the `onDragOver` functions work.

### 😯 Current Behavior

The attributes are erased, no handlers are called.
