sp-theme has support for sp-system-context and sp-language-context but not sp-color-context

I'm looking for a way to adjust the theme of a code editor within my page, when the sp-theme's color attribute changes... for that it'd be very useful to have the context protocol allow me to hook onto that change in sp-theme, just like it does well with system changes.

Is there an alternative to get that change? Is there a reason why it's not implemented in sp-theme just like language and system?
