Feature Request - Add Rental Properties

This is a great project and I'm finding it really useful. That one aspect I am finding I could use more functionality is regarding rental properties. When I pull then in currently they show a banner across the property stating it is "Off Market". When viewing the properties in Zillow or Red Fin they show that the property is a Rental. Can that functionality be added?
