How to upload a local file for a seed

Hi guys, I have a fileuploader that works fine but it awaits to receive a http body with a file but I need to do some seeds with localfiles. I already have the files locally, how can I pass them to the uploader? It is quite similar to the docs uploader, it goes like this.
