can't store json value using findOrCreate method

I have column visualization which is json type. I'm not able to store visualization value. I get following error: operator does not exist: json = unknown.

const result = await Model.findOrCreate({
        id: 'b3021a16-5a5f-5d2b-a87c-4128eae46d2d',
        name: 'model_1',
        description: 'description',
        visualization: JSON.stringify(['polar']),
        delivery_date: '2020-03-31'
      });

Okey, I cant read ...its missing me first attribute.
