change directory of file after upload it

at first, I'm really sorry about my bad english.
I saved serveral images via Application.tmppath and move as well.
and also get uploaded file via download and attachment method as well either.

but i want to know how to change directory of the file.
example. there is serveral files in Application.tmppath('foo/'), but after day. client asked to change directory of some files to Application.tmppath('bar/') automatically
what can I do?
