Date Column not updating in luxon.

Hye ,
When I try to update Date column only year gets updated rest month and day remains same for demo.
Column definition

  @column.date()
  public taxRenewableDate: DateTime;

Passing Date-
"tax_renewable_date":"2027-08-01"

Response

                "tax_renewable_date": "2027-01-01",

Only year gets updated how to update date column.
The sole purpose is I want a date only column in YYYY-MM-DD and update it as request.

It is solved ,I need to pass date in DD-mm-yyyy format
