Schedule tasks (even if server has been stopped/interrupted)

Hello there, i have some problem, i need to set any tasks, which will be execute after some time, even if server has been stopped/interrupted.

Node-cron is not a solution for this problem, because it not started again, after stopped/interrupted the server.

@thetutlage it will be cool to have the same solution like laravel scheduled tasks, which executed automatically (as was told me), even server not work.
