how to deal with typescript errors on Lucid conditional querys ?

As the capture below, I have some typescript errors using "if" with Lucid ORM.

I could do the check, but isn't it already done ?
I could also mute with ts-ignore, but I don't like to do that.

There is a SO question about it ( https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69406735/adonis-v5-lucid-conditional-query ) but no response.
