This PR implements the logic for indexing codebases mentioned in the following article. Also allows VitAI MCP server to query the vector stores.
Remaining repositories to index - eclipse-openJ9/openj9, eclipse-omr/omr, and ibmruntimes/openj9-openjdk-jdk
MODELS_TOKENshould be created with models permission and added to the repository secrets to use the embedding model from GitHub models catalog.Assumption: I am assuming that the GitHub token has Copilot Enterprise. This means that the repos that are left to index will be indexed after the workflow is run due to high embedding limits.
