UnixPB: Extend CRIU role to Linux ppc64le and s390x platforms
Build and install CRIU on Linux ppc64le and s390x systems. Add support for CentOS/RHEL 8 and 9. Allow privilege escalation. Signed-off-by: Violeta Sebe <vsebe@ca.ibm.com>
