• Please describe the issue:

It appears to be a problem with the extant git repo on the machine.

Attempts to clear the workspace at the start of the job resulted in this:

stderr: fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/cygdrive/c/workspace/workspace/Test_Job_Auto_Gen'

Request investigation.

I've applied the fix to the corrupt acls and returned the machine to service. This does occasionally occur because of using a mix of batch/powershell and cygwin commands to manage the workspaces.
