Tests fail on latest Minio

MultiDFSFunctionalityIT test is failing when using minio/minio:latest container.
The latest version of Minio which worked is minio/minio:RELEASE.2023-06-02T23-17-26Z.
We need to figure out what changed in Minio since that. 
Is the new behaviour of Minio corresponds to all s3 compatible storages?
Maybe check how the test would work with aws s3 or ceph.
