Obsidian Crash with Aloud

I have a large vault (8000 notes) and I'm running Copilot and other plugins. I'm on a laptop with 16GB of RAM.

Windows 11
I'm using Obsidian 1.11.5
Aloud 0.14.2

I'm getting the following dump when I run Obisidian from PowerShell (Windows).

I've tried:
.\Obsidian.exe --js-flags="--max-old-space-size=4096" --enable-logging

But, it didn't make any difference.

Any help appreciated. I'm dyslexic and without TTS I am slow as a turtle.

@dvansoye I’ll see if I can identify any memory bloat. Is the crash immediate? Or under a specific circumstance, like playing a large file for a bit

@dvansoye is it after using obsidian and aloud for a bit? I’m just trying to track down what might be accumulating to isolate where the leak is, so a description of the usage pattern leading up to the crashes would be very helpful

Ah, missed this, so its a slow leak issue over hours

That 21227431 ms is ~21,227 seconds = ~5.9 hours since the renderer process started.

Sorry, not released yet. The pull request automation just closed the issue. There’s a pre release you can install with BRAT if you’re so inclined, but I’ll let you know when it’s fully released
