Allow supplying a manifest directly #129
Description
We would like be able to supply the manifest file directly for submission thus bypassing the component detection.
When we build our code in a PR, we generate a SBOM and component manifest by running the component detection tool directly.
We do not build our on push to main, instead we would like submit the already generated manifest(s)
Argument: manifestsToUpload
Description: Comma separated list of paths to manifests for submission. Specifying this parameter will bypass all component detection
