This pull request introduces changes to the
sariftoolkitproject, primarily focusing on the addition of a newSubfoldersplugin. This plugin enables the splitting of SARIF files that use subfolders into multiple SARIF files which can then be published to their respective repositories. The changes also include updates to the project configuration files and the addition of new dependencies.(I have copy paste the code of submodule and it remains to edit the spliting to use subfolder instead of submodules
