Upgraded ptb to the latest version , caught akinator.exceptions.AkiTimedOut exception (#8)

* Upgraded PTB from 13.x to 20.x
* Reformatted and modified main code.
* Removed unused imports
* Caught `akinator.exceptions.AkiTimedOut` which happens when the user clicks the button very late after starting the game, the bot don't responds.
