[Sound Tweaker] Is there a guide on how to use this mod? Or a UI for it?

Is there a mod (that's updated for the current version of the game) which allows for more control over the music that plays ingame?
Note that I'm not looking to add extra music;
I just want more control over the game's original music, such as what track plays where & when.

Can anyone show me the basics and how to get started? I don't even know how to begin using this mod. The config.json file doesn't seem to be where to edit stuff like usual.
