As discussed with @micaeljtoliveira, it would be good to have something like this available for ACCESS-OM3 configurations, either by extending this code, or cannibalising it / starting from scratch with a new repo.

We have some ambitions to collect data like this for ACCESS-NRI, so at the very least we should collaborate.
