[BUG] Multiple links from the Estimator Overview Page leads to a 404 page #2474

As it turns out, multiple links are not working in the Estimator Overview Page. Hence, I have changed the title. More information on all the pages that don't work will be found below in this issue's discussions.
Describe the bug
In the Estimator Overview page, the link to DummyClassifier leads to "404 Documentation page not found"
Steps/Code to reproduce the bug
- Go to Estimator Overview page
- Click on DummyClassifier
- See the result
Expected results
The DummyClassifier link should have linked to the actual DummyClassifier Documentation
