How to install in TCM

User cannot access control plane of TCM, so how to deploy aeraki mesh alongside with TCM?
I saw the Makefile, more specifically the make install-for-tcm, but there're still something unclear:

1. I don't know istiod server of TCM
2. What's Aeraki cluster ID, is it the same as TCM instance id?
3. I changed the meshconfig before, will tcm-istio-cm.yaml overwrite my meshconfig?

@caibirdme Since I have already left Tencent, I can't really help out with TCM anymore. I don't have access to the TCM control plane, so I can't either verify Aeraki Mesh deployment in TCM or fix any TCM-related issues.
