Unable to use a k8s secret as password for a quota user

I would like to use a k8s secret as a password for a moon quota team... but seems like this is not possible or at least I couldn't find a way to do it based on the documentation.
As per the documentation you need to specify the password in the yaml values configuration but this leads to security issues... how can I use a k8s secret ?
