How to associate publications and subscriptions with a clientId?

Is there any way to associate publications and subscriptions with an Aeron clientId either through the API or through driver counters?

It would be very useful for us to do that from a support and observability perspective.

@mark-b2c2 You can use CountersReader#getCounterOwnerId for that purpose:

• On the publisher side use pub-lmt (typeId=1) counter.
• On the subscriber side use sub-pos (typeId=4) counter.
