Tagging Layer: Incorrect Click Position

Occasionally, the "click" spot is positioned incorrectly. Tag's relative x/y position values are correct, so it seems that the box element has some kind of incorrect margin/padding/etc.

Note: this seems to happen only when opening the photo viewer with a photo that is not the first photo.
