[Feature] Bundle notifications to prevent spam #127

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Every event during a scan triggers a notification, which can lead to many notifications in a very short amount of time.
Describe the solution you'd like
The events should be grouped and sent as one notification at the end of the scan.
Additional context
Perhaps should be configurable via scanrr.yaml so those who prefer the current implementation can stick with it.
