[Feature] Notification if checkrr found a problem.

Heya.

So I see notificationtypes are reacquire, startrun, endrun, and unknowndetected.
I'd like to request one for when checkrr finds an issue, such as when I get "data problem" with one of my movies.

I actually tried putting - dataproblem as a type but it does nothing.

Just as an FYI, "Data Problem" should probably be renamed in general. That's, more often than not, a permissions issue. But, checkrr should probably notify for that anyway,
